Try Scott Caplan at Jordan Caplan Pual & Etter (503) 224-0417. Scott does a lot of litigation and small business work. He has a no-nonsense approach and a reasonabl fee structure. He and I have a lot of mutual clients and they all think he's great.

My significant other is going to need an attorney for help with her Social Security benefits. Anybody have a recommendation?
