Default Found: Outboard Cowling

Did you loose the cowling to your outboard recently? Found one today - scratched but in tact. Send PM with the make & horsepower of the motor, along with what color(s) were - and where you think you lost it at.

Sorry Joe, the cowling I found isn't to a Yami, and it wasn't found in Washington. Good luck!

Didn't realize that loosing a cowling was this common...

It's not a Merc cover either.

I saw a cowling matching this on a bridge in WA on I-5 on my way South from Longview Saturday 9/12/09. Didn't look like it was in good condition though...

If it looks like a mid-to-late 60's Evinrude 6 cowling, you might send a PM to iFisher Tooth Maker. His brother-in-law lost one earlier this summer. I seem to remember it was between Salem and Detroit, buit then again I can't remember my own kids' names so take that recollection for what it's worth.

(Actually, I do remember their names. They're What's-his-name and The Other One.)
