Wife cleans up at Clark County Fair

...and I'm not talking about the livestock pen either.
She entered 5 of her photographs and 4 got blues ribbons including a best in class!!!! I'm pretty proud of her [img]graemlins/applause.gif[/img]
BTW the one she got best in class was of our 4 year old grandaughter.

First of all Grats, Second of all, my bro entered two in the state fair a few years back and placed I think third. But the one pic I remember the most was called Nestucca Madness. It was a look down through over a hundred fisherman, and it really caught the shoulder to shoulder competition. I wish I had a copy of that.

I was afraid you guys would ask that :depressed: My high powered video card just crashed so it will be awhile before I can do anything.
Some of the same pictures are at the Clackamas County Fair.
We have seen a lot of the stater which I have never seen before while looking for that "special" picutre.

My wife took "Best in Dept" for one of her photos too. She cheats though as she is a professional photographer.

My daughter did well with her horticulture projects with two Grand and one Reserve Grand Champions.

Both of the kids still in 4H did well with their sheep projects too. Son got fifth purple for his market lamb and daughter got third purple, son first blue and [img]graemlins/applause.gif[/img] RESERVE GRAND CHAMPION for the daughter with their non sale backup market lambs. Son also took second in his class (intermediate)for "Showmanship.

I only got first place with my canned smoked albacore :smile: I was hoping for another clean sweep like two years ago with my canned smoked coho. Oh well, at least I didn't have to hide from the old ladies this year
