walleye reports????????anybody

any one have any walleye reports from the chinooklanding, skamania island ,or boardman to umatilla area if ya fished any of these areas over the last few days please give a report i wanna go get some walleye dont care how far i gotta drive

if you are looking for reliable numbers, I would go to Boardman or Rufus. Myself and others here have fished the lower river without much success this year. Some people did pretty well up at Banks Lake Washington last weekend. Bit of a drive, but some like lake fishing better than the Columbia currents.

There is a tournament this weekend at Camas Marina run by the Lower Columbia Walleye club. The boats will be pounding the local holes pretty hard. Weigh in each day is at 2:30 and 3 pm. Anyone elso going to be in the tournament? Even if you aren't fishing, its fun to watch the weigh ins. All fish are released live after the weigh ins.

i cant beleive how tight lipped you walleye fisherman are? nobody has any reports from the boardman irragon area ?? come on guys lets hear some news good or bad

I don't think walleye fisherman are any more tight lipped then any other group. The problems is that there are just fewer of them. Also because there is not WALLEYE forum they are also spread out on ifish. Some of them never even read the BASS & Panfish forum. You might want to also ask this same question as on the COMMUNITY forum as some of them only post and read that forum.

Its a pretty small community here of walleye fisherman. I readily share what I have. You may find more support in numbers on northwestwalleye dot com. They can get tight lipped around tournament time.
