Any good contractors out there?

A good friend of mine has bought a few fixer upper homes in the hopes of doing some work on them, then turn and burn. She mentioned she'd be looking through the YP's for painters, carpet layers, carpenters, general handyman. I Thought I'd see if there is anyone out there in the Ifish community who is good, fair on price and very dependable. Maybe someone slow or unempployed right now? They want someone with integrity who they can trust to do quality work and show up when the say they will. Sounds fair to me.
