Anybody have a forward helm predator or know anybody with one? They seem like a no nonsense sled. Are they a utilitarian type of boat? Not many frills come standard. What happens to the price if you add some options? Thanks, Mikeymoto

Buddy of mine has one, with a 150 Yamaha on the rear. Decent boat, really about the same as my North River, He's been happy with it.

I think you'd have to build up the option list with each boat to figure out what the price comparison is going to be. Willie seems to price the bare boat and then have you add stuff. North River seems to have a better basic package. Both are sturdy boats that handle well.

Mickeymoto I've got a 20ft forward helm Predator with a 225 Yami jet. Only thing I wish it had is air ride front seats,kinda rough in the chop. But all in all a steller boat. Have you looked into a sport jet? A friend of mine has a Jetcraft with a sport jet and he loves it.
