Default Umpqua small mouth

Hello all, planning a trip on the Umpqua this weekend. What are some good floats this time of year. Thanks for the info.

Slide to Elkton or Umpqua to James woods is a good one for a day trip. I don't really know the others. the Umpqua to James woods requires a little more water reading/ rowing ability, its not that bad though. Bring an electric motor if you have one!

Don't go from Umpqua to James wood, the water is very low. You will hit rocks after rocks even if you are an expert oarsman. A better float would be from James wood to Osprey, a lot more fishable water, but then half of Roseburg will be there, Good luck.
