That is an intersting idea.

Might be kind of funny that the government considers you such a dirtbag that they will pay to have some decent folks move into your neighborhood.

There are some government grants out there for any person who wants to nove into low-income housing and fix up the house. Check out Overland Park over by the Sportman's Warehouse new location, as there are those types of deals available over there, and you don't have to be a teacher.

It seems weird that the U.S. taxpayer is funding a 50% giveaway for one select group of fully-employed people. How about preachers, Fuller Brush salesmen, carhops, etc. Silly, silly, silly.
