Support Vancouver's fireworks
Did you know that only several fireworks stands support the Vancouver fireworks show?
You can support Vancouver's fireworks show by buying your fireworks only from an authorized stand. I believe there are only two stands that all of the profits go to the show, all of the others are privately ran. They are at 4th Plain and Grand Blvd. and in Hazel Dell on 78th and Highway 99. I would strongly encourage everyone to support the fireworks show in Vancouver by only shopping at the authorized stands. You can also donate $$. Each year the city talks about how they cut the lenght of the show because of budget shortfalls. We haven't missed a show in 22 years, it's a tradition for many families.
