Spent a few days at Clear Lake last week and to get out of the wind one afternoon we hit Frog for a quick 2-3 lap row with 5 rods out.
Not a strike, and the water was very warm. Offered up spinners, ff, worms but no flies.
We did much better at Clear.

My kid and I fished it about a month ago and it was good in the evening. We caught about 10 in 2 hours, with my daughter outfishing everyone on the lake (again ). A lot of the lake is shallow, so I bet it's slow with the weather the way it is now. Also, unless it's changed, I believe Frog only gets stocked once a year, around Memorial Day, so I'm sure there's fewer fish in it by now too. Still a nice place to spend an evening, and it has to be a lot more comfortable up there than in Portland right now!

Here's my daughter's rod "Marigold" with a few dinners' worth.

Got this guy a few weeks ago at Frog Lake! Also caught about 15 between 10-14 inches.
