Default Boardman walleye

Great walleye bite Saturday at Boardman. Have been hearing guide stories of phenomenal numbers and saw for ourselves.

I will second that. Fished Bordman Saturday with the same resultes. Sunday, was a different story. It was a much slower bite for us, but we still managed six. We started at about 630am did not touch a fish till 1000am. All those walleye sure are tasty.

That'll make for some good eating. I went out the other night and only got 1 lb walleye near irrigon, but I fished only about an hour. picked up a couple incedental smallmouth as well.

I'd like to go down there on a calm night and give it a try.

How about yellow perch? Couple weeks back same stretch we had a good day along with 5 jumbo perch, which ate even better than the walleye, no kidding.

I fished between Irrigon and boardman this morning.(sat) I was on the water at 5:30am and off at 11am. Came home with 3 walleye about 1-2 pounds. Marked most of them at 37 feet. Caught two of them at 37 feet on a Chartreuse smile blade worm harness. The other one was caught in 18 feet, on a small green and red blade/harness. We caught all three of them between 7-8am. 11am it was 95 deg.
