Update-Stolen car found last night

Well at 11pm last night I get a call from OSP, they found my wifes car that was stolen 4 weeks ago. Some punk was driving it down in Salem and was stopped in a routine traffic stop. This just 3 days after the insurance company paid the thing off. I have to give cudos to State Farm they handled this with ease and I had no troubles of hastles. Anyone want to buy a 95 Honda Delso with 60K and a Vtec, I know of a insurance company that will be selling one soon.

Lemme guess - the punk already has a record of arrests, doesn't have any money for legal counsel, was driving around uninsured (obviously), and one our state troopers (who barely missed getting laid off) got to walk carefully up to the car window not knowing if he would get shot at. Whew.

What's wrong with that scenario?

Glad they got him, and kudos to your insurance company for taking care of you. This sure gets old though.
