Default Someone Tell Me About Green Peter

Does anyone do very well at green peter? I have heard good things about it but never took the time to go fish it. I know there are quite a few tournaments held up there from the central valley bass club. If anyone would like to tell me about there success there it would be great.

bad lake, too many people, bad fishing. if youre already scheduled to be there, i'd say bring the trout gear, and head up the river above the lake. its still not the best fishing, but much, much better than the lake.

I think the UofO bass team did a tourny there and pulled out some decent fish, nothing huge but some decent ones.

We fish it quite a bit, we catch alot of 1-3 pound fish. There are alot of fish there but it can be tough at times. Definatly worth fishing though. This time of year kinda stinks because it does get alot of non fishing use.

chinnook and koks are being caught in the 50 to 70 ft range there are big bass in there. go past the kok bridge and its no wake zone same up the other arms go past the island to elk flats its a stump field there is a river up there that is shallow and has lots of cover fish senkos in the cover or the shelf along the edge past the kok bridge theres plenty of places to fish where skiers cant mess it up just gota learn the lake foster is good for bass to up the river on the hwy 20 side any questions pm me i fish it alot for bass trying new things.
