Default Sad news conference

The charter boat accident is very sad. Having just lost my sister to cancer I really feel for the families and survivors.

It makes me very angry and sad that the owners of the boat and there daughter(surviving deck hand) had to just do a news conference so soon after the accident. What does it say about our society when people have to go on the news and state there case so soon. The media and fear of lawsuits and not getting a fair investagation I am sure was the main motavation. We are guilty till proven innocent now.

I wish the best to the people involved and hope people will understand what everyone is going thru before to much finger pointing is starts.
The media sure won't help out any it is up to us.

I'm working from home today, and watched part. I was outraged when one of the first questions was, to the girl, "Did you think you were going to die?" She immediately broke down in tears. WHat kind of question was that!??!?

CT... I nominate that reporter for the first annual "IFish 'analfin 'bottom'-feeder" of the week award".
