In the fog this morning....

Pretty scary out there this morning. It was so foggy, I had to use GPS to get out. Fortunately everybody was taking it easy where I was at. On a good note, I landed a 16 lb. springer on a plug cut herring. My first of the season! I saw one other salmon caught today.

I was at a crawling speed, could hardley see 10 feet in front of the boat, and I have people passing me at full speed.. are ya nuts?! I had some guy come RIGHT up on me, realize I was there and break left just before smashing me and then kept goin full bore up stream...did I mention he had no running lights?
No fishing spot is worth your life, if you can't see 10 feet in front of you maybe you should slow down

On a lighter note, 4 pretty good sized shakers to the boat this morning with constant bites

I was headed out from st. helens marina into the mult. channel. Saw a few people springer fishin but we didn't do any good...where were you fishin procast?

Hey Drummer,
You probably passed my 18' Trophy. I was fishing right around that area. I took Stinky H out today, who had one takedown. We saw three fish caught.
