Default Ball Cap Mailers

Does anyone know the best way to mail a single ball cap?

Bubble mailers, or would that make it too crushed?

Any ideas?

Jen

A good ball cap should be a little crushed anyway. Gives it character.

perhaps you can find a smallish box of some kind?? does that significantly increase postage? the bubble mailer might squish up the hat in a way that the buyer finds unattractive. once you put a kink in a ballcap, it's there forever. have you been having complaints with product on arrival?

No complaints... David the Geek had a good idea, and I think I will get boxes at Fed Ex...

Do we have a Fed Ex here?

Tell me again, Geek? I read your e mail, and thought it would be a pain, but I think I'll try it!

The best way! Let someone else mail them.
Actually it wouldn't take a very big box once you pushed the back of the hat to the bill. USPS has some boxes also. Do the front of the hats have a stiffener in them. Nice products there. Will be gearing up.
