so have you all seen the case of the woman in fla asking the court to allow her drivers license picture to be taken with her burka on. she says its a violation of islamic modisty to allow her face to be seen. today the judge ruled against her.

my take is that driving is a privledge not a religious right there fore if she wants to drive take off the burka.

There was another thread on this that had a link that showed a supposed mug shot of this lady. If that was indeed her then you hit it right on the $.

The judge was Right On! If I wanted to start the "Church of Tim", would I be allowed to wear a mask for the picture on my driver's license? I think not..... and rightly so! Cudos to the Judge!
