Smile Craftsman 10" tablesaw w/ incrajig fence/router table

Boy I hate doing this but I'm putting the majority of my woodworking tools up for sale. It's a "double whammy" really as I need to space for our Kettle Corn business, AND I need the money to finish remodeling that space so the ODA will license it! I haven't even had the time to use them very much at all so they've just been sitting around in my shop. I've been getting myself "psyched up" to do this as you can tell by telling myself that I can always get more tools later on.

So, first up is my tablesaw. It is a Craftsman 10" 3hp contractors model. It is sitting on a Shopfox mobile base and has the dust collector attachment that allows you to hook it to a shopvac or dust collector. The fence system on it is an incrajig system. The right wing is also a router table. I will be including a Bosch variable speed router with this as well. The router has both 1/4" and 1/2" collets. The incrajig is complete with all templates that came with it when I originally purchased it. Everything has been well cared for over the years I have owned it. It was all purchased brand new. I'm pretty certain that I still have the owners manual for the tablesaw. The saw has been pushed back in the corner for a while now and covered with a tarp when we were using the shop for Kettle Corn. The cast iron table has developed some slight surface rust that can be easily buffed off. You can't get these saws from Sears anymore for less than $500 with the 3hp motor. Add in the Incrajig, the Shopfox base and the router, we're talking over $1500 worth of ready to go tablesaw/router table here!!
I'm letting it all go for only $650 or best REASONABLE offer!!
Sorry folks, but no trades. Cash only as I need to turn around and put it right back into our business.

I have not posted any pics on here but can provide them to any seriously interested parties. Please feel free to let me know if there are any questions, or if there is anything you think I might have missed that I should include in the description.

Keep your eyes open as I will be posting more shop tools for sale in the coming days. Let me know if there is something you are looking for as there is a chacne I might have it!
