Found Rod & Reel near Vancouver Mall

A while back my good friend that does landscapeing found a fishing rod with a reel in the tall grass near Vancouver Mall (westfield Mall) while he was mowing a field. This was near andreesen road where the turn into the mall is near that bank which I dont recall the name. The reel had some kind of bright yellow braid line on it. It was dirty and egg stained but really cleaned up nice. My friend gave it to me as he doesnt fish and Im gonna claim it as mine if nobody here claims it. We think it was probably stolen from a vehicle near there as there are apartments close by and stashed in the tall grass then forgot about or they could not find it again.

If you can identify it let me know and I will happily return it...but Im going to spool it up and put it into service in the meen time. It was probably 4 months ago when he gave it to me and I just got around to cleaning it.
