I was reminded of this due to a thread on the bass and pannfish board about the new Oregon marine board about a new (seemingly out of the blue from the legislature) rule apparently requiring a new boat fee to be used to help prevent the spread of zebra mussels. However you feel about the new program, you should be familiar with mud snail distributions and precautions we should be taking to halt or limit their spread...There are not perfect solutions but we should all be heads up about them and hopefully doing our part to help, we spread em and we are potentially the most impacted.....
