RIVER GUIDE NEEDED

I am running a project on the Columbia River where we are checking temperature gauges. I am looking for a boat and pilot for approximately 7 visits to a water temperature gauging site on the Columbia River, near St. Helens, OR. The visits will occur on an approximate monthly basis between now and the end of summer.

In order for my company to be able to hire the guide, they must be able to present insurance that meets the following criteria:
1) They must have at least $300,000 (preferably $1,000,000) of General Liability insurance;
2) They must be able to have the policy endorsed to show GeoEngineers as an additional insured;
3) It is preferable that the guide have insurance that covers the boat and cargo.
4) The guide must be US Coast Guard certified.

We will launch from the St. Helens marina, and expect to require about two hours of on-water time for each visit.

If you or someone you know fits the bill PLEASE let me know. In the past we have been able to find a fishing guide that was able to get a insurance rider to cover the above listed criteria. This is a great fill in the empty days activity for the right guide.
