Default Where to find rubber anchor/chain bracket?

I have a 19 foot Northriver with a Columbia river type anchor mounted in a bracket on the bow. There used to be a rubber U type bracket there as well that the chain end of the anchor rested in to protect the boat. I lost it recently and have had trouble finding a replacement anywhere. Any suggestions?

Send a PM to Gundog, he's a manufacturer of an anchor bracket. He may be able to fab you something, or at the very least send you in the right direction. You might even have one of his mounts on your boat.

I'm sure GunDog will get you set up on a replacement piece. I recently added 4' of coated anchor chain between the anchor and my normal chain. Sure helps keep the noise and scratches down also. Got it at West Marine and even matches the color of my boat.

I prefer the nylon webbing (IIRC) from REI over the rubber anchor chain. It lasts forever, is quiet, and is available in different colors.

Motion Marine has them. I bought one of theirs from Joe's before they went out of business a few months ago.
