ya he did i was wondering why he didnt sign his contract 4 months ago when he got the job? thats the big mistake he made i think it would have been lot harder to get rid of him oh well his lost not mine may be the ducks could pick him up cheap.

I read that article this a.m. and it wasn't clear if he spent his own money or Alabama's. :whazzup: If it was on his dime, what's the big deal? Sounds like he's guilty of partying a little too hard. Nothing I haven't done. :tongue:

Price agreed to a seven-year contract worth $10 million with Alabama but never signed it. The deal had a clause saying he could be fired for any behavior "that brings (the) employee into public disrepute, contempt, scandal, or ridicule or that reflects unfavorably upon the reputation or the high moral or ethical standards of the University."

Yup seems a little crazy. Since when did 'Bama become a fountain of morality. Maybe they are a little paranoid being on probation and all. Why wouldn't you sign a piece of paper for a 10 million dollar contract?

Sad day for Mike Price and his family. Should have thought it through before he went to the club. He's quite a coach. Anyone able to recruit Southern California kids to Pullman and then send them to two Rose Bowls has gotta be special. Somebody will hire him eventually. Maybe to the NFL first though.
