Default Behold! The *NEW* Green Machine!

One of the coolest things from my childhood was the Green Machine. Well, they've updated the baby with less plastic and more steel, and it's back on the market.

Now, if they'd only make a BIGGER rendition of this...I swear that they'd sell at LEAST 100k of these!

....far superior to the Big Wheel with the flat spots on the front wheel and the holes in the rears from skidding out too much.....

This thing was FAR cooler than Big Wheels. Rear steering made for some cool power slides, and now that it has a rubber front tire AND handbrakes you won't be putting flat spots on the front tire.

Too funny! My 8 year old just got a new "3 wheeler" (the new version of the big wheel). Same basic construction as the new Green Machine, but with the traditional handle bar steering.

And yes, adults can really ride them. My sons is rated for 180 pounds and could probably handle more. They are a hoot and go way faster than the originals. (FYI we got my sons for $30 at BiMart. Its a great deal on a reasonably inexpensive toy.)

I might have to look into getting me a Green Machine for summer break.

Hey ****** what's really sad is the toys you and I used to play with are now considered antiques!!!! :depressed:
Here's a trip down memory lane for you.
Remember....
Mr. Machine? How about that little toy gun that actually shot plastic bullets!?!?!? Erector sets, Tinker Toys, Lincoln Logs, The original GI Joes,
The first Schwinn String-Ray bikes. How about the rockets you filled with water and pumped up?
Whew all the sudden I fell old
