Default Frog Lake resevoir Not frog lake

Anybody fished in there it connects to harriet lake and holds some big browns. I think its got to be the closest place to portland to catch brown trout. The fishing has been hot for me in the past. Kind of nice and easy to fish with kids too~

I'm pretty sure I drove by it last year while wandering up to Harriet. Is it the one with the really rocky shore and like no trees or anything? I saw a bunch of fish jumping in there if it is. Think I might go up there tomorrow and drop a line in, am I thinking of the right place?

Yes that's the one its below harriet and has a rocky shoreline. The fish can actually migrate between harriet and frog. The lake is very deep and its in a windy area. If you are driving towards harriet you take the three lynx turnoff if you see idian henry campground you gone to far and I think its pipeline road it goes past some houses for the powerplant. Take that road up to frog. I use to very rarely see people there. I have caught some nice browns in there on lures

I am in my 40's and that has been my favorite lake since I was a kid. I have landed more large, native rainbows, browns, and brookies there than any other place in the state.
