fly fishing around Detroit Lake?

Im heading out to Detroit lake on Sunday and was wondering if there are any rivers close where I could swing some flies for trout? Im also taking my boat and was wondering if someone could help me out with where to fish on the lake?

the north fork santiam isn't to far. never fly fished it but i have done fairly well there before on spinning gear

I have caught quite a few trout on the santiam by just about every method (fly fishing, bait, spinners). Small elk hair caddis KILLS em!

Also check out the Brietenbush. Very pretty stream, as long as the weekenders haven't trashed it. Both the Brietenbush and the Santiam above Detroit are stocked regularly. There are also wild trout and summer steelhead below the dams. Good luck.
