Zolatone clear coat repair

the clear coat on the doghouse and a few other places is wearing off ( looks nasty ) any ideas on how to restore / fix? thanks!

Could you use clear lacquer out of a spray can?

to bulletproof it you will need to strip and refinish it...it'll just keep peeling if you just clearcoat it

yeah that was what i was afraid of... i think if i just resprayed it with clear that id be back to this point again sooner than later. looks like to do it right i need to block sand it and re-shoot the zolatone and clear = best long term fix. anyone know if zolatone paint comes in rattle cans or is it only sold in quarts and meant to be used with a gun??

i think you can look it up on the internet and get the info you need as far as application techniques....and do yourself a favor by not block sanding it..... use a random orbital sander...power tools rule!!!

as far as I can tell it has to be sprayed and does not come in rattle can form. You however may be able to use this to spray it http://www.autobodysupply.net/ZOL8209-p/zol8209.htm
