Best use of time in the Legislature?

I wondering how people feel about our legislature using our time in this matter.

Is there "perfect" science or "prefered" science?

best use of time....
1) ordering new chairs
2) ordering new computers
3) refusing to up user fees even when endorsed by the users
4) cutting budgets across the board, except of course for new chairs and computers
5) forcing multi-million dollar moves of state agencies in time of budget crises

oh, and isn't this a little like arguing over what "Is" means?
