I am definatly curious to see how this would work.. The new 300hp Outboard by Yamaha is such a sweet engine. A buddy of mine has a pair of twin 250 Yamahas on his boat, they are beautiful engines, they have never failed my buddy....

It would be awesome on a 21' 7' bottom sled with a tiller .

Yamaha Is the Best IMO....Ross

I don't know about the pump, but I do know of a guy that has prop on it. No big deal you're thinking? Well it's also a tiller handle. That's right. A 300hp outboard with a tiller handle on a 24ft open model sled. It's a North River sled and I forget exactly how fast they said it will go. Somewhere around 70mph is the speed that comes to mind. Scary fast....

It was clocked at 68 on the GPS.I've seen it and it is Awesome. He likes to fish down river @#62 an B- Island. He is still shaking it down. I am trying to get him to do the blast off @ the GIJ SD. He may be there just for drill. You will know it when you see it.

The problem is that specialty pumps ,has no future plans for a pump for this motor, and the big pump they have now will not work to the motors capabilities, you can only push so much water
