Default oil leaking from outboard?

Hauled the boat to storage the other day. When we tipped the 15hp Johnson outboard to the "up" locked position, and turned it to the side, what looked like a little oil leaked out of the port that water flows out of for the cooling system. I have little to no knowledge of the construction of boat motors, so I was just wondering if anyone could tell me what this oil leak was caused by?

Is this a 2-stroke? If so it's probably unburned 2-stroke oil in the exaust. This is normal in a motor that is burning a tad bit rich and/or is used for trolling at low speeds a lot, and one of the main reasons carbureted 2-strokes are getting banned everywhere.

Yes, it's a 2-stroke and we use it for trolling. Thanks for the input! I don't really know a whole lot about boat motors so I got a little nervous when I saw that.
