Default Fleetwood Mac

Gave my wife (LOL) tickets for July 25th in Portland for our 22nd Anniversary. (Had nothing to do with Stevie Nicks, don't you know).

Who else is going?

Rick

Saw them in Mt Hood Community College gym waaayy to many years ago... let's see, it was "pre Toni"...musta been bout '76-77. Could NOT believe how good that concert was! Neither could my date! She wasn't a really familiar with Fleetwood and wasn't really expecting much at a Comm. College concert. Boy was she surprised!
Only a few hundred people there and right up front at the stage!

Enjoy ******!

PS- 24 yrs for us this summer! Next years going to be a biggie. I better start saving up now!

If you have the latest version of windows media player you can go online and listen to their new albumn "Say You Will" in its entierty. I thought it was just a preview but it plays the whole albumn. I listened to it this morning at work and it is pretty good.

Was driving through Portland and heard the old tune; "Jewell eyed Judy" a day or two ago. I'd say judging by high school, that goes back to the early 70's.

Friend of mine used to play the song "Station Man" off the same album called Killin House' I think.

Believe that was before Stevie Knicks? No female singers on that album if I remember right.

Station Man was off Kiln House. Great tune! I hear Christine McVie may not be with them this time!? :depressed:
I think I saw them a long time ago. I'm not sure.Oakland Colesium.
It was back in those " I'm afraid I think I won't remember this" days.

Fleetwood Mac is fine and dandy for all you Boomers, but if you want to hear some rock, you gotta check out a band called White Stripes. They are on Conan all week and they are something else, let me tell you. All 2 of them.

Just saw them on Jay Leno.... :depressed: It may be time to hang it up and retire for FM. Felt the same way after seeing CSN and the Beach Boys in recent years. People probably would say the same thing about me...so I did

Fleetwood Mac bores me. That new song might be ok if it werent for the incessant repeating of the laser beam sounding noise in the chorus area. That said, I'll pass. As for S.N., she too bores me. I dont see the big attraction. The rest of the band...I was well prepare to make a joke regarding their average age and my wifes assisted living center, but I wont.

I guess we young farts have different tastes.

My wife and I had 3rd row tickets to Stevie Nicks last year. At the end we got to shake her hand. I thought my wife would never stop talking about it. I'm not as much of a fan as her. However, I do like them. I'm kind of looking for some tickets if anyone can get some. I can't afford the floor though.

Once had a bummer lamb that would not stop bleating. It got so its voice became hoarser and hoarser. Finally the lamb bleated so much it lost its voice. Just before she lost her voice, she sounded just like Stevie Nicks.
