Portco Boat Ramp Closed?

Can anyone confirm this boat ramp is closed. I am supposed to launch there for the derby. And was thinking about launching there tomorrow so I know where I am going when the derby gets here.

I was there today it was open

As far as I know, that ramp is always open year round and closes at 10pm (I believe). Tonite at 9pm it was free and clear of debris. I think they post it like that to free themselves of the responsibility.

Launched out of PortCo yesterday with no problems. They had a cleanup crew with a frontloader removing sand from the ramp, so it should be in great shape for the Challenge!!
