its for the +,- 2 oz for the scales. I know if a bunch of garbage but its what the rules are. Too bad that fish was

altho i will never fish that lake

still dont know what it was caught on. I have heard reports of live bait and also a 300$ swimbait...judgin by the boat he was on, i dont think it was a 300$ SB.

I live about an hour drive from Lake Biwa. I have never fished it (turned down a chance earlier in the year)but I may get up there now.
