It won't be long now Geek, the Iraqi's will have there Big Mac's. We entered Bagdad about 8:00PM our time, 8:00AM Bagdad time.

Punching into the city like that took some guts but was a good move psychologically. More than a few people saw the column and the word will spread like widlfire.
The Iraqi info minister will use his "Wag the Dog" analogy to explain the news video. How's he going to explain burning Iraqi vehicles and bodies littering the Qadisaya Expressway? I'm really starting to like this guy. It takes a set of cajones to stand up in front of the world's media when you know they're laughing at you. The analysts can barely keep a straight face when discussing his briefings.

Got home from work last night about 11:30. Flipped on the news just in time to catch a 1/2 hour old video feed from the 3rd ID "probe" into Baghdad. Pretty amazing stuff.
Lots of burning vehicles, a few dead Iraqis, a couple of POW's, and a disabled M1 being towed by another tank.
What I find worrisome is the Iraqi willingness to attack an armored column with passenger vehicles and small trucks. Last night they managed to commit suicide without doing much damage. If they ever get organized, they could cause some casualties. Banzai!

Pretty amazing stuff is right. I heard we lost a soldier, but at the same time, we took out 1,000-2,000 of their's? Trucks with machine guns in the back attacking M1 tanks? Good Lord, how stupid or crazy are these guys? Fortunately, the demoralizing effect is having an effect on some and believe it will even more so once these guys see for themselves we are there. Looks like a lot of them are fleeing and surendering. Wished they would take out Iraqi TV. Now there's one that is true, fair & balanced!
