Trying to post a pic....this is a test!!!!

If this works...my Dear Darling Wife (aka DDW) has finally cracked the mystery of posting pics. I'm planning on getting lots of photos to share with everyone! This is my youngest daughter (HarleyRoze)and her first steely caught on March 2nd.

Thanks, Guys! Now that I know what I'm doing, I think I will get my own Membership in this Outfit! I spend as much time reading the posts as Beerbellyfisher does, and do not want to confuse anyone using his name when I wish to comment on some of the great subjects brought up in this forum. Yesterday, I mentioned that perhaps he'd take me out when he doesn't have anyone else to go with.......he said "That's fine, but you are going to have to learn how to drive the boat, pull anchor, and net fish before I take you out.......can't do it all by myself!"
So...looks like I've got stuff to learn!! I'm not new to fishing, but have never caught a Salmon, and all the pictures and talk I see here have got me pretty fired up!!

Hey, Sixpack! Actually, I finally took the time to read the instructions on the Upload page. Click on Picture Uploads, and scroll down to just above where you start filling out the information boxes. There are two links (underlined). Click on the first one and read it. Then go back to the second one (which is the best one because it gives you 'pictures' of what to do). I wrote down, step by step, what to do, and how to do it. My problem was, I first had to change the name on my picture to all lower case letters, and second, I had to change the name of the file which came up in the 'Browse' box. When the file name came up at first it was something like C:\Windows\something\something\My Briefcase\Steelhead~2jpg.........I shortened it to C:\mybriefcase\suzysteelhead.jpg and the rest was all automatic. Just follow the 'diagram' Jennie has provided! You know the old saying....If all else fails, read the instructions!

Thanks, Crabbait.......I take the responsibility for placing this topic in the wrong forum. As usual, I act before I think, and not being aware of the LIG was a mistake. Now that I've got my own 'membership', will take the pressure off Beerbellyfisher. Nothing like starting off on the wrong foot, huh? :whazzup:
