$77.00 ticket for honking at protestors!

Gee that makes lots of sense. Whether you honk pro or con at protestors you could have recieved a $77.00 ticket from Portland Police down at Shrunk plaza. Garbage!!!! [img]graemlins/berry.gif[/img] I wish those Bobbies would pick their battles a little better. This one is silly.

I do understand that they are supposedly not inforcing this any longer per the radio this morning. Interesting that when your car is stolen they will not even come out. Or the same deal if you are in an auto accident unless there is an injury. But boy, honk your horn and you are a criminal. Illegal horn honking....Bunk!
