seal and udt teams have used dolphins for many years (since the late 60s I think) for mine hunting, bombus interruptus, things like that :smile:

The article said 100 dolphins AND SEA LIONS are being used to find underwater mines.

A big buck sea lion swam past the Politics Flotilla sunday....headed downstream....for Iraq? :whazzup:

I hate it when I'm right.

I read many years ago that the Navy had some dolphins die during training. Good thing PETA doesn't bother backing up their facts, or they'd have some ammo to use.
