Doesn't need DSC, color doesn't matter...

It does need to work, have mounting bracket and be 25 watts.

I have one that I bought on here a couple of years ago and never used. I was told it works (if it doesn't, I'll give your money back). Can't remember what I paid; how's $25 sound? Located in SW Portland / Sylvan. Older Standard Horizon. Here's a fuzzy pic:
