Did our troops leave for Iraq "just in time"?

"What if" they hadnt been deployed yet? Who can believe a "diplomatic resolution" is a viable option with 250,000 guns pointed at you?

Would we be in the same situation we are now..
To "put up or shut up" if the bottom line interest was to "disarm" Iraq?

When should the US have built up forces if not when they did?

I think they should have finished the job in the '90's. Do you realy think a "diplomatic resolution" was an option without our troops there? If it was, then why hasn't any miracles happened in the last 10+ years?
