The resurrection :
I had the Cylinders bored 0.25 mm Oversize
0.25 OS rings and 0.25 OS pistons replaced the old ones. (OEM).
New drive line gasket,
All New gaskets (OEM), (Top, Middle and Lower)
Valves are redone,
Carb was is rebuilt with original OEM Parts,
New Plugs,
Points totally redone.
New Air Filter
New Chain,
New Intake Boot
New Clutch cable

Brakes are in great shape (I’ve even got a new set that you can have, it was just that old ones still have so much life on them it seemed silly to replace them).
Doesn’t leak any fluids and runs like it was born to.
Bike runs super and I ‘d like to sell it and am willing to do so to ifish members for $1500... (craigslist has it for a higher price).
My Policy is no test rides unless you provide me with your motorcycle endorsed ID ,lay the full purchase price in my hand. and sign documentation that if you mess it up, then you bought it...
otherwise,
You may pace me in a vehicle and are free to watch me drive it around stop, start, shift through the gears etc.
(these draconian measures are due to insurance and liability issues).
Any questions please pm me...
Runs like a little sewing machine, She'll go 70mpg in a pinch and does a good ride between 40-55mp,
I am also open to some trades for other motorbiking gear/ hunting gear/ etc.. .

She was in pieces for a long time and now she runs like a little sewing machine...
She's ready to roll and a great first bike that is a street legal one to boot..
Easy to kick start or even roll start if you pop it in 2nd...
of course it does have an electric starter as well...
6Volt electrical system and always kept in doors in a garage.
Good little ripper for short trips around rtown, and can ride double up (me and anya rode it all over last summer) but I ended up getting a 650 honda thumper (enduro, which in "rectumspect is a better ride for me, but there is only room for my arse and a gallon of gas)...
The little honda twinstar is great because it is so low to the ground and so easy to ride, that you can ride double up on her, and she'll get you there
(and as an interesting side effect, seems like all of the old schoolers/Harley/ Indian/ and the new schoolers too, seem to understand that you have have a cherry oldshool machine....
Everyone waves to you, which means that you have been acknowledged even before you punch the clock at work.
I always felt good after a little acknowledgment. It is a nice way to start the day.
