Just as in the first gulf war there will most likely be mass surrender. It would make sense that some individuals would prefer to have made a deal before the first shot is fired. The Iraqi's are well versed on the destructive power of the US military machine. They all remember the road from Mutlaa Kuwait to Basra Iraq.
