Launch the bombers now. We can't leave our troops massed like sitting ducks in the Kuwaiti desert much longer. Our equipment can't continue to sit idle in those dusty, sandy desert conditions and then function 100%. The UN has proven that it is a waste of time. Iraq is moving weapons towards our positions. It is time to end this swiftly and as soon as possible.

Should we go to war without UN approval?

I voted yes only because I think we should not let the UN direct our actions in defense of our country. On the other hand, with the information I have now, I think we should not be going to war for at least 6 months. If the solution is not simpler than the present situation, don't fight the war at all. If it weren't for the British, we wouldn't even be involved. Gulf War I was unnecessary. Kuwait should be a part of Iraq. Let the Department of Dirty Tricks handle Saddam.
