There was a guy on CL selling all kinds of OB pump parts in St. Hellens. Might be a good place to start. There are also several places on the net you can order parts from. You didn't say what pump / motor so it's hard to get too specific.

I have a very capable liner that I would sell to you for half of what they are new.
I live in Clackamas, you would have to pick it up there.
