copperfield, woodhead, hewitt

we have been to copperfield before but not the other 2. We are looking to go some where new, of the 3 where would you go? Also can you moore the boat at woodhead and hewitt? I hate always putting in and taking out at copperfield. We are going the end of june. Also have a camper. Thanks for your input.

Don't know about mooring, but Woodhead is a really nice park.

Woodhead has a few spots to moore, not much but a few. Some people will beach it there also. It has a couple soft beaches that you can camp close to.
I load and unload each day myself. We like Woodhead, each site has water, power, with good restrooms and showers close by. It runs $16 a night, first come, no reservations. I spent 17 nights there, through out May already and will try to get another 30 nights in by October. Best days to get there are Sunday-Wed. You can be gambling getting a decent spot, if any, Thurs-Sat.

As long as the water is high enough(and it is right now) there are docks to moore your boat at Hewitt.
