Diamond chunks!!

Played hookie!! cant remember last time I did that..grabbed wife and headed to diamond...on water at 6:30..trolling brown leech and olive flash bugger..resisting Mr. green powerbait was told to use..#2 bumps in hour and half..ok..ok..find 15' water on west shore mid lake, drop anchors..mr. powerbait go to work..dont even get my rod baited wife yellin got one..drag zippin, I reach to tighten a little...dont she replies " BIG fish"..she's the pro..playes it perfect a beautiful 19" #3lb shouldered slab into net..I'm jealous..I proceed with my captain duties of retying and baiting of the rods and netting her fish...all's good...from 8:00 am to 9:30..limit caught..she also had a nice 17" beauty...no bugs great day with the true fisherwoman...Get there if ya can worth the drive..tons of fish..have a great summer all

nah...just sliding egg sinker in 15' of water...cant wait till next tuesday..comin in late to fish wednesday am...hope to see any I fishers there...white Boulton 20' jet..skiff model ...silver hondas...
