Default Long starts?

I am just looking for some opinions. I have a 1991 75hp 2stroke Merc that has 800hrs on her! Every time I tkae her out it takes quite some tim e until she starts. Now once I have started her and ran it for a bit, she starts up on the first crank for the rest of the day...

I have ran fuel system cleaner, changed plugs, changed out the water/fuel seperator and replaced the fuel filter.

Anyone have any ideas as to why it takes sooo long to start?? Do I need to clean the carb maybe?

Thanks..

I'd try clean the carbs, you might have some crund. in there.
That would prevent the atomization of the fuel, enogh, to
get her to fire. 800 hours is nothing.

Do you have a fuel bulb that you can pump up firm prior to cranking?

Sounds like the choke or primer (I'm not sure what that engine has) is not working correctly.

Choke it for seven seconds and give it two pumps on the throttle then start. Works for my Merc.
