How's crappie fishng?

I'm thinking about heading over to Richland this week end and wonder how is crppie fishing there or would that be too late already?

The spawn is winding down but it is still good. The average size does seem to be dropping off,depending on where you fish. Seeing quite a few floaters that didn't make it thru the stress of the spawn or rough c&r handling.
