Good movies to rent?
Going to go rent a movie! Quick! Anyone seen any good ones?
I know, what do I like....
I dunno! Lots of stuff from action to drama, to chick flicks....
I like scary too!
I gotta go. Anyone seen anything good lately? I haven't watched a movie for ages!

Re: Good movies to rent?
Depending on what you like and have seen lately...
1. My Big Fat Greek Wedding (clean and fun)
2. Sweet Home Alabama (entertaining)
3. The Bourne Identity (pretty good spy flick)
Don't rent Simone, it was one of the worst movies I have ever seen.
I watch too many movies to remember all of the ones I have seen lately.

If you have not seen it yet rent:
My Big Fat Greek Wedding.
Funniest movie I have seen in a while.

Another vote for the Bourne Identity. I don't think it's going to be rated as one of the best movies of all time, but I enjoyed it a lot.

Re: Good movies to rent?
I'll put in a vote for Big Fat Greek Wedding. Great romantic comedy -- like Sleepless in Seattle, but much funnier.
The TV show, however, stinks!

Re: Good movies to rent?
Memento is great, but kind of difficult for us attention-challenged folks. Another great one is The last Day (At least I think that was the title) These are not kids movies. Stay away from:
Kung Pow
Death to Smoochy
Novacaine

Insomnia.
Fat Geek Wedding is great too and memento is awesome if you can logically follow the twisting plot and believe it.

Re: Good movies to rent?
We rented the "Tuxedo" with Jackie Chan, and Jennifer Love Hewitt, it was a great movie with both humor and action, not overly violent and great for kids also.

Re: Good movies to rent?
This may be more than what you are looking for in terms of numbers, but I believe in democracy and having options:
Moulin Rouge
Princess Diaries
The Others
Bridget Jones' Diary
Legally Blonde
Monsters, Inc.
Spy Kids
Shrek
In The Bedroom
The Brothers
Gosford Park
Artificial Intelligence
The Royal Tenenbaums
Ocean's 11
Memento
One Night At McCool's
Le Fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain
