Default 2005 9.9 Bigfoot

My big foot kicker started idling rough, then hard starting would not run unless reved high in starting mode.It would then die attempting to put in gear.Finaly now only fires for a few seconds at start.I'am thinking E-10. I have spark & gas past the small filter after racor. I am thinking pluggged jets or stuck float Any other ideas?
Thanks,

I've got a 2006 9.9 bigfoot on my boat.
It was doing the same exact thing the first time or two I had it out this year (after sitting mostly idle over the winter).
After fighting with it and finally running it for about an hour (high speed in neutral with the choke partway on) it started running just fine.
Probably a combination of getting 'stale' gas out of the fuel line replaced with 'fresh' gas from the tank, and running 'fresh' gas through the carbs and letting the E10 and seafoam work their magic with cleaning out gunk.

Carb clean will solve it. It is simple, and requires just the bowl gasket.

You could try Sea Foam.
