I don't disagree that most gummint functions are screwed up. There are too many rules, and many are overlapping and contradictory.....

But remember, the rules we have to adhere to, are there for your protection, and the pity is, they're applied to the state, and what may be right and proper in one place, is super-sillious in others......

I do disagree with your insinuation that all of us who work for gummint become drones the minute we sign our employment papers.....

It takes years to wear us down...... to drone like beings......
